It looks like an immediate draw because 2 knights vs. queen is always a draw.If it is white.

You cant say always, there are exceptions to every rule.

according to wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pawnless_chess_endgame
if we ignore the 50 moves rule there is a 89.7% change to win with a maximum of 63 moves.
I don't know how many moves it takes with perfect play in the example.
the extra knight in the example should make it easier to win for black.
