Hi everyone,

I came across a move (move 11) by Anand in a blitz game that I thought was pretty amazing (maybe because I hadn't seen it before), and just wanted to hear from others whether what he did was sort of unusual or a well-established concept?

Here's the game (Anand vs Radjabov; Dubai Blitz Round 21)

Is there anything special about Anand's 12. a4 move?

Hi Dangerous_Squares, thanks for the comment. I think you're right, I'm guessing others must have played something like this before. I just thought it was pretty cool when I saw it, something new to me. Appreciate the comment!
