it calculates the rating in part from your opponent's rating, they do this because stronger rated opponents put more pressure on the game and makes it harder to play well.

Hi guys,
I am pretty new to chess and so far playing with different people and bots I would say I am around 1100 rated. So now I decided to try playing 3200 bot just to see how bad I am and post game analisys says I am 2550 rated and that my mid game was good. I ended up loosing with 85.3% accuracy, 2 mistakes and 1 inaccuracy. Now I want to point out that every move made had an idea behind ot, not that I was playing random moves. Anyways, when I play 700 bot, post game will show that I am 1000 rated for example.. my question is, how does it calculate rating? I can simply play vs 3200 bot all day just focusing on defending in order to make it a long game, I will end up loosing every game but bot will say that I am highly rated.. i am a bit confused by this, it thinks i am 2550 just because i exchanged my pieces with high level opponent
