is this cheating?

I don't like to assume my opponent is cheating because it takes the fun out of it for me.
But I just played someone in daily and I went to their profile to maybe friend them.
I noticed that they have been playing master rated bots from our positions? And game review was used on these "practice" games. seems like a use of an engine during a game.
what are your thoughts, is this common?

Hmmm…. Did they do this while the game was on? Because if yes, inmediately report them.

Well, you can't fault their creativity.
...But yes, that is definitely cheating.

If the positions for sure were from the games and during the games, you should report them.
