Today I just play blitz chess with a user named 'kingpower', the game has been running for 3 steps like this:

http://www.chess.com/livechess/analysis?id=452920673

The next, opponent (kingpower) do not move the pawns. according to the rules then I became still waiting for about 1 minute, what happened is very shocking indeed, by the system (pop-up window) I declared lost and my rate dropped 7 points......!!!

My question: is it included in the regulations chess.com? why do I ask? Since this has happened several times and is very annoying. Not the points I chased but a clean game and fairplay.

So, is this game fairplay.....???

you didn't make a move. 1 minute passed. you still didn't make a move. you made him wait for a minute. still didn't move. seriously, if you're going to make your opponent wait for a whole minute in the first 3 moves, then it is you who is not abiding by the fairplay rules. (i might not be right)

Right.  It looks like you stopped playing, and your opponent was waiting for you.  Not the other way around.

What you said here is very odd.  There is no rule that your opponent must move a pawn.  He moved his knight and that counts as his turn.  After his knight moved it was your turn to move.

sorry I forgot something, the actual position on the game board like this: 1.e4 e5 3.a3 Nc6 2.Nnf3

got here the opponent does not continue the game and suddenly I was declared lost ...! This is really happening

This is very puzzling and very odd : why there is a pawn Nf6 move on the analysis board ...? while in the real game (live game) there is not any movement....why..???

Sounds like a bad connection.  I guess your opponent moved but you were disconnected so you never saw it?  I don't know.

at the indicator box of connection strength showing the green color (around 80-90 %)
