The account appeared soon after Magnus joined chess.com with his official name. Very similar name to his ICC handle. Norway flag in the profile. And, in short amount of time, he's risen to 3000+, passing all the other strong bullet players on this site—and now closing in on Hikaru.
Seems like it's Magnus' second account, to me! If it weren't, I'd be very surprised.
Either way, I'd love to see a match between the herculean Hikaru and the sky-rocketing StopTryingHard!

If that's the case, then I'm inclined to believe that this guy isn't Carlsen. It seems like he's trying too hard 
to imitate Carlsen, with the username and the Norwegian flag. If it were Carlsen himself, I imagine that he wouldn't want it to be so obvious.
