Is this necessary any more?

It has to do with Daily chess. After a move I have to click on a green check mark to complete my move. I don't see that check mark anymore. Has it been done away with or is there another reason I don't see it any more?

This can be chosen in your settings. Something like "confirm move"

I can't find the setting you mentioned though I'm sure I've seen it.

My first post was my situation from a game I got into from a challenge I had issued. Now, having just used the PLAY button, and two matches were found for Daily games, the move-confirming check mark has appeared and works fine. Thank you to everyone who made suggestions to solve my problem.
