Is this position a draw? (II)

Another position where the computer says it is winning for one side but the evaluation doesn't go up much as the game goes on. I'm looking for help from others to use their engines to play out this position and see if it is truly a win for Black, as my 3 engines say.

EDIT: It is black to move. Also, this is from a famous game M. Botvinnik vs. R. J. Fischer 1962 at the Varna Olympiad. Players agreed to a draw after 68. Kg1

Aren't all rook & pawn endings a draw? Smile

Maybe you could try using Finalgen to see if it can resolve the position? (It doesn't always work, but it's worth a shot.)

Sure, once I figure out how to use it lol. If Mikhail Botvinnik and Bobby Fischer both say it is a draw, it's probably a draw. But it is still curious that engines do not see it as a draw.

Without the f6 pawn, Black wins by marching his king to a2/a1.

While the pawn on f6 is present, Black cannot do that conveniently.

That's interesting. So you are saying that it is a draw, or because it cannot just be done conveniently, that there is possibility for a win another way?
