Anyone who thinks winning/losing blitz games by time out is bad sportsmanship should play longer time control games. Or play daily games, running out of time is not much of a problem.

No. It's not on you, it's on the opponent not to timeout.
If you told me you were removing seconds from his clock while he's not watching, ok, but that's not what's going on when they timeout.
