Is youtube really shutting down until 2023?

I have been looking around and am trying to find out if youtube is actually shutting down, and there isn't an answer anywhere so I figured I'd start a forum so that other people can input what they found out, so feel free to say anything you want about youtube. (Also post youtube videos so that other people can see them before midnight if it is shutting down).

Youtube started out as a contest to see who could make the best video in the world, and then it grew and grew and grew and grew and now is one of the most popular websites in the world. Now they decided to finally pick the contest winner, and they are scheduling a decade to do it.
