Isn't this a draw?
Shouldn't the computer called this a draw. {If I got the rule right}. The board is the same 3 times. KB5 and KB3. White at move 2,4, and blacks move 11. Wouldn't move 11 be called a draw? I know over the board you have to announce but online shouldn't have called this a draw? I'm sort of unclear. As you can see me as black ended up losing obviously in this position.

It would have been a draw in move 14 had you moved your king to c5. Repeating the position from move 2 and 4
Wow, really close so many times.
It has to be the same player to move like emu said.
So for example the position after 5.Kc3 and 10...Kc5 are not the same.
It has to be the same side that has to move at the end of all three times when the position was repeated
The winning idea is simple and useful to know because it comes up frequently.

Thanks for the clarification. I was wondering why he didn't just move d6 to end it but hoping for the repetitive draw. This was an hour match so time really wasn't an issue here.
