Issue with starting a match

Hi, I am currently having an issue actually playing a online match at the given moment through the website. For clarity I am logged onto both the mobile version of the game on ios & my online account on my laptop. I can use anything else on the website just fine, it is only the online playing that is an problem for me. Is there anyone else currently having an issue with this?

Also for clarity I can play on my phone just fine, I would just like to play using my mouse, I enjoy dragging and clicking on the pieces.

@Completely-Washed on the top right of your screen I can see that your browser is asking for relaunch to finish an update. We've seen a number of cases when a browser that's mid-update would struggle with establishing websocket connections. Could you try again once your browser is fully updated?

I ended up using the firefox browser to play online, and it worked for me. Must be something with my chrome browser that I couldn't get to work, as I updated like you said. I will use firefox in the future to play chess so I would say it is solved for me since I was able to play a game today on the computer. Thanks
