Could you please explain yo me what is the reason for that message "Your account may be restricted if you do not follow our Fair Play Policy. If restricted, you will only be able to play with friends. Please do not intentionally abort/disconnect from games or make your opponents wait unnecessarily. Thank you for keeping Chess.com a fun place to enjoy chess! "

It means you were playing live chess with someone and either stopped moving for a LOOOONG time until your time ran out or disconnected and didn't come back, rather than resign a lost position.

Or maybe you decided you didn't want to play black and aborted.  Best thing is to just read and follow the advice given in the Fair Play Policy link.

No, aborting the game has NOTHING to do with it. Where did you get that idea from?

Unless by abort you mean making a whole lot of moves and then quitting, in which case resignation is the polite thing to do.

You can only hit the abort button at the start of the game.

It is one of the reasons cited in the fair policy FAQ.  There is a link in the OP.  You could look it up....
