If your rating is that low you really need a beginners book on chess and work it through. It won't take you that long and it'll definately get you to 1200 pretty fast.
I hope that, but I have no time, that's my problem. I never wrote that I'am a grandmaster.
Nevertheless, I can form a view because its a discussion about learning/learningmethods and not about a specific chess problem.
