King Safety

I have recently come to the conclusion that all chess games are decided by king safety. Example being stalemate which is when king safety can not be effected in the course of a persons turn. Anyway I was thinking then to evaluate positions and variations wouldn't we then (theoretically) only have to take into account king safety? I know this is a far cry from being technically correct but I was seeking practicallity. Any and all responses are welcome.

if you look at king safety in a broad way, you should take the entire board with all pieces into account.
