Bishop

Sewer009

knight not depends on anything, it can be used in open and closed games, it's good in pair and even solo and very tricky figure

2 bishops in pair is very strong thing, could be anomaly strong in some types of positions (even stronger than rock), much better in open games and can pin pieces

engines think that bishop is a little stronger, but in common games knight is much more versatile in deadly use

Alvintom

bro its bishop

"The stronger the player, the less valuable the knight is compared to the bishop"

I will offer the same answer that GM Boris Spassky offered when he was asked which he preferred, chess or sex.

"It depends on the position".

Emperor-Bluto

the knight has a horse …. so yeah, knight.

the bishop

LazyMinorButter

Depends on the moment, you could have an Amazing bishop and a trapped knight vice versa, go read How to reassess your chess by jeremy sillman (4th edition) and youll understand.

vsmanju

It's ideal to have one night and one bishop after middle game.

With two bishops with a rook, mate is possible.

I doubt whether with two knights and a rook mate possible ?

It may dep on the particular game in question.

It may be difficult to generalise.

BISHOP ALL THE WAY

ProudBelgian
Well,it depends on the position
anu_inosuke

think "knight" because it can jump over pieces and move longer distances. Just saying, everyone is supporting "Bishop."

ProudBelgian
The knight can be very helpfull and so can thé bis hop
ProudBelgian
Uhhhh this keyboard keeps correcting me I mean that the knight can be helpful and the bishop can also be helpful. But I think the knight is so much prettier

With bishop knights you don't have to choose
