Uh-huh. It is going to be a rickroll
Kramnik Hates Chess.com

Are you threatening to try to close this site, basketstorm?
Do not worry, you will have opponents - bots. There's no way you can detect a bot, all you need is to see profile picture, username and random thinking time maybe. But from the play itself - no way. If it was so easy, cheat-detection wouldn't be an issue. You see?

Basketstorm, you just was reported for threatening to close this site. Everyone on the forum, report him to get him out of here. This is the negative energy we do not need in the chess community.

That's right, that's what you do when you have no arguments and you understand that I'm right. Report. Report twice if you are so afraid. I didn't even break any rule.

Cheating is an issue, but you, Kramnik, and everyone who agrees with him are taking it too far. Grandmasters disagree, Gotham and WItty Ailen disagrees with him, most people disagree with him, even if they don't directly say it. Because accusing people of cheating with no evidence is childish and wrong. It just makes everyone mad at each other and people like you are not helping at all.

He has never accused any living creature. He is just asking for better control and some examination of OBVIOUSLY suspicious cases. If chess.com or FIDE aren't doing their jobs, somebody has to do this.

ibrust, don't start on Danya's "just doing a speedrun", because there's more than that engine usage during speedrun, if you focus just on the speedrun, you're manipulating.
And Kramnik did try to handle this privately.
All Kramnik's suspicions are reasonable. I think Danya is most likely innocent but his case doesn't look so clear:
- - 400-point rule farming (Danya admitted and expressed readiness to sign petition to remove 400-point rule)
- - inflated online rating (Danya admitted)
- - engine usage during speedrun (Danya admitted and apologized)
- - claim that moves were not entered manually (Danya refused but failed to prove, 20 second were cut from the video and the original uncut video is lost according to Danya - that added suspicions)
- - suspicious gazes (Danya refuses, but this is well documented in his own videos and requires further examination to tell if there is a pattern)
- - suspicious consideration of Bishop's move (Danya refuses, several GMs not only Kramnik found this sus)
- - refusal to play OTB with Kramnik (Danya explains that Kramnik is much stronger and Danya will lose and Kramnik will use this as "proof")
- Jekyll & Hide - just watch and you will understand
All together these points are not any proofs of cheating and Kramnik never said these were proofs of cheating. But it gives plenty reasons to be suspicious and demand examination. This is not about paranoia.
1) and 2), 400 point farming / inflated rating - farming implies some deliberate attempt at inflating elo, what Danya admitted to is the elo inflation was an unintended consequence of his playing patterns. So you misframed this. But what Danya did here isn't illegal anyway so it's completely irrelevant... should not even be on the list.
Also, as a 360 elo player what you don't understand is high GMs do not really care about online ratings, what they care about are tournaments, FIDE rating, and prize events. That's why Magnus is not the highest rated blitz player on this site - he does not even care to become that. It's completely irrelevant. For you online rating seems to matter (which is a drag because you're down in the toilet), for GMs it hardly matters.
3) engine usage during speedrun - I'm not dropping this issue because the very the fact Kramnik ever brought it up proves Kramnik is not merely asking questions, since the answers as to what happened are obvious and self-evident, plus Danya had already explained the event back when it happened. And this was also what Kramnik first brought to public attention regarding Danya. There is absolutely no reason Kramnik should ever have brought this to the publics attention, it is nothing.
It is simply not cheating for a 3200 player who is currently playing an 1100 while streaming an educational speedrun on a dedicated account where all points will be refunded to turn on the engine and analyze move 8 of the game already on move 20 for the benefit of their audience after the opponent just threw away their queen. This event was nothing, it was not suspicious at all for any thinking person, it did not ever need to be brought up by Kramnik.
Again this should not be on the list but you put it here, leveling an accusation which you have no right to do.
4) claim that moves were not entered manually - a) the burden of proof is on Kramnik, not Danya, because we presume innocence until proven guilty. Furthermore, even if Danya HAD entered the moves beforehand while the game was going on, it would still have been completely irrelevant since he is a 3200 player facing an 1100 doing analysis for his audience during an education speedrun on an account where all the points will be refunded and he was not even analyzing the current OTB position. So once again this also should not even be on the list. And the fact you described this as "suspicious" shows either you cannot think or you're being disingenuous.
5) suspicious gazes - this is nothing, this is not evidence. You know absolutely nothing about Danyas in-game habits, what he could be doing or looking at (he has 2 screens and he is actively streaming / managing a chat), what is normal for a chess players eye movements given where he's sitting or what habits he has, the way he thinks... this is not evidence, it is soviet-style paranoia. The fact you thought this was evidence shows you do not understand what constitutes evidence, or the concept of innocence until proven guilty. This really discredits everything you say.
6) suspicious bishop move - again this isn't real evidence. The fact a high level GM who streams constantly saw the second highest engine move at some point while streaming and mentioned it is not evidence of any kind whatsoever, it is asinine and absurd to suggest it is. The move was not even suspicious, it gets teh bishop out of the way and avoids a trade / clears the square for the knight preserving the bishop pair, Danya is a GM... Infact, I thought about it instantly when shown the position. Kramniks anecdotes are not evidence. There are very few GMs who even still talk to Kramnik or take him seriously, I don't know which GMs he asked, probably just other autists like Nepo who seem to agree with him, but this is no standard of evidence. Very piss-poor case
7) refusal to play OTB Kramnik for 50K dollars - the fact you thought this was evidence of cheating shows just how piss-poor your thinking ability is.
8) Jekyll & Hide - same as 7)
