Well you only joined today Wakey, so play a few games would be my advice.
Whiskey.
I would think play familiar lines to regain confidence. When I feel like I'm messing up more than is good for me, I tend to stick with what I know best.
play safe (boring?) but not passive
Just take a little break from it. I find that if I do too much of something then eventually I'll want to do something else because it gets boring, whether it's watching tv playing chess or sleeping.
