Are you only having problems with sound, or regular lag as well? Is this happening each move or randomly?

Yes, regular lag as of late. But the lack of sound is more frequent. I can only hear my moves.
With green connections for both is it normal that I can’t hear moves my opponents make, but I can hear every move I make?
