1. Yes there is something wrong with you being allowed to give your opinion in a thread and no one else. And 2. It's not your thread, you just made the 1st post of it. It belongs to the community.

But i wasn't asking for an opinion!! I was asking for a player to study the latvian with. Not an opinion! And fine it may not be my thread but I decided the topic of it when i made it. If he wants to discuss something else he can make his own thread on it!

I'll stop trying to convince you. What I'm saying is perfectly simple, but it's obvious you just can't admit when you're wrong.
FYI, there are two books on the Latvian Gambit listed on Ebay HERE.
I never did really like Latvian Gambit but I am willing to give it a try, with both sides.

lol i have stopped playing it now -- too many losses with it as i usually come out of the opening a pawn down and rarely get to the exciting lines, e4 e5 Nf3 f5 Nxe5 Nc6 Qh5+ g6 Nxg6 Nf6 Qh3 hxg6 Qxh1 Qe7. Now i'm learning the French as Black instead :)
Excellent !!!Truth is I regret answered that post the minute I did it so that was really reliefing.Plus I was an expert in French defense on my tournament days , so any help you want(if you want) ,you know where to find me(just don't ask for my phone number).
