It only has to do with winning and drawing games. Rating will have little impact. If you see someone that was sandbagging, you should report them

Go to the Players League page and click Leave League
I just read the article about the just released Leagues in which you can promote to higher levels after a week of play, but now wondering where I can find the standings of this league. Not sure if it's me, but I'm not seeing them...?
