Leagues: Division over 7 days long

I'll be honest - I was waiting until the end of the week before playing any Live games because I didn't want to play games throughout the whole week as I'm pretty busy.

So it's one day before the League week ends (or so I thought) and I'm put into a division that looks like this:

7 days 19 hours until the division ends.

I thought divisions were weekly. Are the divisions 2 weeks long now or is this justice against me for waiting until the last day before joining? x_x

Any clarification would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

think the last day to join is friday if you want it to end the same week.

Oh, I thought it ended Sunday/Monday. 17th is Monday?

To be precise, divisions that start on or after Friday don't end until the Sunday a week later at 12 pm Pacific (8 pm UTC)
