i have a question regarding the leagues if i have been promoted from wood league to the next league and i play a game do i have to be top 20 again? or am i already on the next league and the points are added to the next league from wood league?

If you qualify for the next league at the time of division reset, your first qualifying game after the reset will put you in a division in the new league. Trophies reset each time and you'll have whatever that first game result gives you.

Dates do not change. When you join a division its start date decides when it ends. If you join on Sunday through Thursday and it starts then, the division resets on the next Sunday. If join on or after Friday and it starts before divisions reset on Sunday, then it resets on the Sunday a full week later.
