If you find yourself in a position where you see yourself loosing, I mean completely loosing; time is of essence, hit that resign button before you get embarrassed.

The word is losing & I advise everyone to play as long as you want no matter the situation.

hell no , I took some good wins by timeout like that

If you are down like 36 points in material just play a bunch of moves and try to get timeout or draw by repetition.

My only advice to you from a 2200 is don’t resign…

Even if you’re “loosing”

Agreed. Each game is different and both people are in different spaces at the time. If chat is open (and hopefully I've already had a conversation with them), I usually say:

Would you like the honor of putting me out of my misery or would you rather I resign and save you time? Choice is yours - either is fine with me!

I love when the opposition plays til the end. It allows me to get the chance to close. Closing is as important as opening in life.

#7 won... On time because you play bullet 1 min no increments.

Sometimes you know you're going to lose and there's nothing you can do and it would just be a waste of time to carry on.

But it's the losing player who gets to decide when that is, not the winner .

Whenever I'm loose, I'm already embarrassed.

Time has no meaning at that point.

But hitting something sounds exciting.
