I mostly play 5-minutes blitz games but now people here are telling me you need slower games as well to get better.

Is the best way of getting said slow games to challenge a bunch of people on online chess and get maybe 50 games going at the same time? It seems to me already that many games are abandoned/forgotten so I guess you need to start loads of them to get enough games?

Does his website have some groups or something you can join to get a lot of games going where people dont abandon them? ATM im just playing against random people.

Yes.. you can play correspondence game, though I have never tried one. You can play live games by increasing your time control, say like 15l10. All the best and solve tactics everyday..

Purchase then read My System (Quality Chess version) thoroughly.

You should pick up a tournament book or book on a famous tournament player then when you see a critical position that interests you while playing through it copy the diagram down, note the imbalances, who you think is better, by how much, and why, find as many plans as you can, and calculate your candidate moves at such a position while eliminating plans you don't care for.  If your chosen plan and move aren't the best why did you reject the best one?  Were you afraid of ghosts or overestimated their counterplay?

Lol... well 15l10 means playing 15 minute game with an increment of 10 seconds.. you can set that in live games.. or if you want to play correspondence than go to play option and submit your challenge.

I do not know the meaning of the word "increment"? It sounds like something medical :)

Not a native English speaker, my mother language is the guttaral sounding Danish tongue.
