But if its blitz and your annoyed you can close the tab and it resigns in like 10 seconds so lel its like hanging up if your annoyed

So many people born after 1990 have never had any real adversity, they have to find new little ways to feel any victimhood, and the modern liberal western culture is all about the self, and victimhood. Having to wait 60 seconds for a game to time out is just genocide.

Hey hey have some common courtesy and resign

I do this. If I have received cocky comments during the end game then it is better than any come back

Just report them and block them. They are not worth the worry.

Just played a guy, he had one forced move to play before checkmate, instead of resigning, let his clock run down 9 minutes before he timed out. I usually just watch a you tube video while I wait knowing his ego was so hurt that he couldn't resign a game, lol

Context is what matters most; if your opponent has only 7-10 seconds on their clock it doesn't matter if they lose or time or resign. However, if they have minutes left on their clock and they just walk away from the game then they become annoying. All players do when they "clock-sit" like this, is highlight their own psychological problems and fragile egos. IRL,these people are toxic.
