Check out this YouTube video link bellow, FIDE rule changes now allowing online 3 min blitz chess games to be submitted for G.M norms
God knows what the likes of Kasparov, Karpov, and Magnus will think, I do like Levy, nice guy and wish him well but really have FIDE lost the plot here (9 three min blitz tournament games for a G.M norm)

It's totally real, but they misspelled the name on the certificate and now Levi Razman is a GM.

He is not currently a GM. He is still an IM.
He tried to become a GM and is perhaps still trying for it, but even if you check the chess.com profile of @GothamChess then you'll see they are still an IM.

Here is the real FIDE profile. International Master. Editing photos isn't funny. Mal-information, disinformation and so forth has no place in the world. Furthermore, both chess.com and Rozman's Wikipedia page displays International Master. If you believe he is a Grandmaster, then someone is pulling a prank on you.

I really like Levy, and I believe he will achieve his grandmaster goal. BUT I did fact check this at FIDE and he is still listed as an IM. When he gets his GM title, he does need to update his picture I think. Professional, but current, with his glasses or however he normally plays over the board. He usually wears his glasses in most of his videos. Levy, if you see this, trim the beard for GM photo, just sayin'.
