First of all,why did they even delete your accounts?

Depends on what they mean by "multiple". If they are saying two at a time, then yes that might have been the cause for the closure of both accounts. That is why I always delete the first before making a new one. If they are saying you can't have multiple in succession, meaning you make an account, close it, then make a new one, then they should clarify that. If they are saying you did something wrong, and you make a second to find out why, they should then tell you why the first account was closed. If you aren't defiant and you agree to not break the same rule, you should be allowed back on the server after understanding their rule. Simple getting along logic 101.

So Basically I created an account 6 years ago to play casually, And then I Created another account so its anonymous and i can play blitz games. Also, My old account has a little bit of rapid games and studies so thats why i created another account, (my old ones was for opening). In 4 hours, Lichess Deleted Both accounts. I have already appealed and am waiting for a response. What further action can I take?
You should wait up to 72 hours to view your appeal. Are your accounts unbanned yet?
