Both sites are good. I think lichess is better but chess.com have great lessons & practice. Altough lichess also have amazing studies.

Because its bots are more challenging than chess.com but I like chess.com
Lichess has (almost =) everything chess.com has but for free.
Lichess has better analysis (closer to chessbase quality), a better engine, and simply more higher rated players.
Chess.com is better for forums and clubs, additionally the paid lessons are okay too.
Lichess GUI i like more, but that is more a preference thing.
I would say Chesscom is better if you have diamond membership, but lichess is better if you want smth for free.
cc is better for variants and chats
lco is better for standard,puzzles etc

If you are willing to spend a few bucks, chess.com all the way. If you don’t want to spend money, Lichess is better.
Chess.com for fun games and forum. Lichess for everything else.

Chess.com is better with gold platinum or diamond and the game style is way better but for lichess every thing is free and the engine is so much faster so depends
