I used to be unemployed but realized that women didn't fall for unemployment. So I came up with a story about being a writer. It turned everything around. Some years later I even published a book.
I'll give it a try. "I have a job, drive a car, and have a place to stay." Sounds intriguing, indeed.

Oh my god. As a woman, I am so attracted to you right now. I try my best to go against my instinct, but there's just something inside me (probably my uterus) that tells me I have to know more about a man with a job, and a car, and a house. I wasn't really expecting any answer. My own philosophy is that it takes a very long time to make a decision about a person, mainly due to the fact that there are so many different factors about a person to consider. It's like a person is made of infinite dimensions, and you have to find out sooner or later which of them are important, and where there is a conflict or (preferably) a match:
Add to this a fact that over time, a person changes, so you have to monitor the state of "matches" and "conflicts" in a relationship.
To cut to the point, telling someone something over the web does very little to reveal one's true self.

Many years ago in my youth I learned from a reputable source of wisdom that a man can do a very simple thing to get a woman to like him. When you engage in conversation with female you should always try your best not to brag or sound boastful. For example, if I drove a Mercedes Benz (which I might) then I would tell her that I have "a car", if I owned a mansion (which I might, again) then I would say I lived in "a house", and if I worked for Microsoft (I'm not saying I don't, of course) then I would just say I had "a job".
Do this and you can guarantee that any women will be interested in you and she will want to know more.
