Is the limited time special offers only valid the first 12 months.? Are they getting reverted back to the standard premium pricings from the second year onwards.?

If you're asking about the Black Friday special, yes. The 50% is for the first payment. If you get the yearly plan it will renew next year at full price.

When do the offer finish - do you pay for the year in full or every month - prefer to pay for the year and not hold payment details on chess.com, incase i forget to cancel 2nd year full price

So if i pay for a year membership - And i cancel the subscription/membership (say next day ) i will still keep the year i just paid and it also won't renew in 12 months time...
