Limiting the number of challenges

Could you limit the challenges that can be posted to 10 or 20 at a time? This person has just posted 100 of the same challenge, and they are clogging that service...
Only accept a challenge that you are happy to play.
One solution would be to block them & then you wouldn't see any challenges, but remember to unblock them if they're a friend.
