Hi, i've been jumping around the 1375-1500 rating range and seemed to have hit a kind of wall. I was wondering at my level what I should focus on to get better (tactic training, theory, videos, endgames, books, anything like that). Any help?

Tactics are helpful at any level, even master. Endgames, in my opinion, teach you chess. By studying the endgame you'll improve your calculation and planning as well as creating a foundation for understanding the endgame itself and how the middlegame ties into the endgame - and which endgame structures result from which openings. There's several good books out there, as well as resources on the web. I'll post a link in just a minute
