Live chess stats?

Whenever I begin a new live chess game, I see stats in the comment/chat box like:

NEW GAME (167586908) - XXXXX vs. Steve114 (15 0 rated) (win: 5, draw: -3, loss: -11)

 

 

NEW GAME (167592989) - Steve114vs. XXXXX (15 0 rated) (win: 11, draw: 3, loss: -5)

What do the figures in red mean?

They mean how much your rating will change after your game.

Why such a big difference between the games in the win-lose fields?

I'm guessing it has something to do with the rating of the opponent, right?

Thanks.

 The difference in ratings as well as how reliable the ratings are (how often one plays in a given amount of time).
