I have had different problems with the site (puzzles, which are now fixed) and I contacted staff. They are in the process of making site updates, and some are not going as cleanly as they had hoped. Bear with them and in the meantime, you can file a support ticket: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

They want to know about the errors we recieve, as it helps them with these updates.
