Loading PGN files in chess.com?

Hi! Everything I've read all over this forums is about downloading PGN files and open them locally in our computers but, is there any way to start a new game in chess.com with it?  

I mean, I was playing with a dude and he lost on time.  I'd like to start at the same point it ended.  Is it possible?

No, the best way is to start a new game, and enter the game moves using the conditional moves feature

The two of you can play the same moves over again until you reach the same position.
