My longest mate was like 67 moves and my shortest was just 3!!!!!!!!!that's like impossible right?

If you had mate in 67 and you did the move that lead to mate in 66 then you had 66 also which means if you have done a mate in your life it is guaranteed for you to have 1move mate.
