Looking at the site statistics, it's probably massively full of bots at the lower end.

The cat majority of players are low rated. If all the people playing online consistently played OTB rated chess you probably would be in the top percentage as well. Excluding FIDE where the lowest rating is 1400 so the vast majority of players wouldn't even register.
The site does not use bots in the player pools.
