"Training" sounds more regimented, but I play many chess.com friends in unrated games for learning; sometimes we review or annotate them afterwards and exchange thoughts as well. I'd be willing to play some unrated rapid if you like 
What time control did you have in mind? 10 min? 15/10? 30 min? etc. I'm flexible and can even play longer games if I can work it into my busy schedule.
