Difficult to find people here who speak English well? How so?

Just seems as if the majority of people I pair up with either talk back with only knowing basic English, don't know English, or don't talk back at all. I'm sure the majority of people on here speak English very well, it just seems I've been having some trouble finding them. So I thought I'd post it here.
