I'm glad there are some people who understand my point of view and feel the same as me. I always assume my opponent is a patzer when he plays a3 h3 at the beginning, that's why I get frustrated, cuz I'm not even able to beat a patzer, meaning I am maybe the real idiot...
Loosing against that kind of person

@ SaintGermain, what is your problem, why are you mad at me? You seem to be having a really bad day, get well.

He's not wondering anything, he's calling people idiots. People who can beat him are idiots. Meaning, when he's losing, he's an idiot too. Fake humbleness at its peak.

Sometimes people play 1.a3 to "pass" the first move to black.
This way, whatever black plays, white can then play his favorite defense against it (thus, reversing the colors).

Is your king placed on d1 or e1? It takes a lot of wisdom to understand that arguing about any subject, for years, will not take you anywhere.

Wow thank BlackChrysler for the explanation !
BlunderLots, I would have never thought this way, it does make sense - a lot

Jesus Christ! Honours to my real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu. Honours to my real dad Nguyen Binh Thuy. Love to my real sisters Nguyen Khoa Thuyen and Nguyen Khoa Thi. SaintGermain32105: I personally think being humble is being humble. When I see you post a game up that's 2300 and offer advice I'm being a contributor to others. What I've learned to the years is although I'm younger rated 2212 by participating I grow. I remember being a student sitting almost in the back of the class. I got an F and the teacher called me out and found out I needed eye-glasses. At first they thought I was stupid. So my parents talked with the teacher and got me glasses and my studying greatly improved and all was solved. So when I participate I *want* to improve. If I sit back and just read I let life pass me by. My chess is not getting any better.
So if you're rated 2300 I'm humble to your rating since I've only managed 2212.
You can choose your friends, not your family, and I'm not humble because of any rating, Jesus, or whatever, be it a Christian family, to make things clear. It's who you are, not who were your teachers, it's not that you won't become a strong player just because you lack humbleness, and by the same token it's not that all Christians are to be considered good people, coming out of a certain nest, or family, means nothing.
I do not quite get why kwaja1 posted games with 1.h4/a4 when the topic of the thread says 1.h3/a3... Anyway yes they are both poor moves, I know that you can win with those moves too, especially in bullet games, but compared to any reasonable development move they are just bad.
and you're my mother, right? Anything else?
