Loosing in 3/2 game after thinking too long alltough its more than 1min on clock

Topic says it all. Afaik there is no Blitz rule that makes you loose after like 1min 40sec thinking if there is still 1min and more on the clock. But Iam loosing again and again to this... Support please help.
For better or worse, there is a time limit. It was put in to discourage game abandoners and I'm sorry you got caught in it. Doubt if chess.com is going to do anything about the rule so you need to adjust your time management. Pretty sure you have up to 1/2 the total time of the game for any one move...
