trouble is, it's hard to prove. i mean, NOT hard to prove, but how do we know the player wasn't just thinking for a long time? that's the trouble with online chess. at least one of them haha.

I recently beat a player (djamerson) who played well and had me on the defensive the entire game until he/she blundered, whereupon they lost the game by letting the clock time run out. There could be many reasons for this to happen so I checked and found the previous 3 losses djamerson had before me and then the next two losses after playing me djamerson used the same technique for losing after he blundered; leaving 6 game losses in a row now where he has employed this tactic.
Losing in this manner is disrespectful of your opponents time. No doubt there are other players using the same churlish tactic (haha, you beat me, but I stole your valuable time, guess what's more important?). Chess.com would be a better place if management wrote code to snoop them out and warn them, and then eject them as members if they didn't reform.
