Hey, any advice, psychological tips on dealing with defeats where you lose form won positions? totally own positions. Happens to me a lot, I don't know why, for various reasons probably, sloppyness when ahead is certainly one. Thinking the game is won. Just lost two games again from completely won positions, pieces up and +60 one of them. The frustration is really hard to take.
