Losing my touch for bullet

Hello, I've been a former high 1700's bullet player (1 minute lightning) and I've really started to crumble to the low 1500's, been losing to low 1400's recently. I just want some tips on being a good bullet player

Trying to find good moves, learning more about the game, playing slower games, these things will hurt your bullet rating in the short term.

However in the long term they help. Play bullet often to keep your speed high and reach your current max. Stop playing bullet and learn more about chess to go beyond your current max.

Here are some general tips I've used in the past

Don't play when you're tired.

Sometimes music helps... sometimes it distracts, choose what helps you focus and keep a high tempo.

Pace yourself... yes that sounds crazy for bullet, but if you're really fast sometimes you'll finish with 30 seconds left right? Don't get caught up in your opponent's pace. They premove all the time? Don't show off by premoving back, consider if their move was a big blunder for just a split second before playing the move you had planned in your head.

Have a warm up routine. Solve some timed tactics or play a few unrated games (or both) before playing rated. Before that even, consider watching some bullet videos of GMs online (sometimes this keeps you from falling into old bad habits, like trading for no reason). One guy is Eric Hansen.

And of course all the usual stuff like don't freeze when you're about to lose material, just keep playing fast. Try to make the position messy for your opponent. Or premove a fortress then counter attack like crazy. When both clocks are low do sacrificial checks to break premoves. If opponent is premoving a lot in the opening, without slowing down do a crazy sacrificial capture... their premove won't let them recapture. Stuff I assume you know.
