Take a day or two off from chess. When you come back you will be focused and find that you win more often.
Losing Streaks

I know the feeling i had an 11 game losing streak once and i lost to players i would have beaten so easy before, this is after a 44 game winning streak which made it more frustrating to play so poorly. All you can do is re-focus write down ur games, while ur annotating play less games to start with. I even played players much lower to gain back much lost confidence. Just be patient! And concentrate dont play while ur emotions are high, and remember its just a game and u can and will improve it again maybe even get better if/when u whether the storm....
Take time to study your game.
I have been. I just got back from a couple days of just running through some chess books for pointers. (I live in Ohio and didn't have electricity for a few days.)
Very recently I've been losing almost all of my games. I'm no where near the greatest player in the world, but even if you're rated 100-200 points below me, you're going to utterly humuliate me on the board.
So what do you guys do when you have a losing streak like this? almost all my ratings have dropped about 100 or so points recently, and I'm kind of sick of just practicing practicing practicing and losing against people I usually win against.
