Losing Stream

I’ve been working really hard to reach my goal of becoming a 1600, and have been around 1550 for a week now. In one day, I’ve lost all of my progress and am now 1497. This has been really bothering me because I’ve never lost this much elo before, especially in one day. I don’t know what to do anymore, because I’m scared to play any games in fear of losing more elo. Being below 1500 has put me in a depressive state that I can’t get out of. Will I ever get my elo back and reach my goal or should I just quit now and save me the stress of playing?
Yes you will of course get your rating back, some day we play worse than others and I have myself lost over 150 rating in one day but I didn’t let that stop me. Soon you’ll be 1550 again, then 1600 then 1700 and so on. Also I looked at your profile and it said that you have gained 100 rating in the last 30 days, that’s very good.
