Lost ability to login on iphone 6s

I have been playing chess on my iphone for the last 4 years but recently, chess.com requests that I log in on my phone when before, I was always logged on.  When I type in my user name and password I get a message saying "Couldn't log in, we were unable to create your account. Please contact support to resolve this issue."  I am able to play on my computer without issue.

I would recommend that you throw away your phone and buy a new one.

I understood what you meant. Just report the bug to chess.com staff. But I would guess that if it's saying it can't create an account then you may not be on the login screen but an account creation screen? Just a guess.

What a loser, bragging about phones on a chess forum is low.

I have the Samsung S3 and Im sure its way better than that Iphone 6 trash!
Even with Steve Jobs, Apple SUCKED, just a pretty name, thats IT.

I'm trying to find out if anyone else has run into this problem.  I don't care what phone you have.  if you don't have a reasonable helpful answer to my problem then don't answer at all.
