Happens all the time. Your rating won't be a constant uphill trend, ever.
I hit my peak 1600's recently and went back to the 1300's shortly after. Then back to 1500's again...

Burnout is perfectly normal my friend, don’t be discouraged.
I tilted over 200 points, it happens to us all.
The best players have lost more than any casual, they became so great by learning from these myriad losses and using them for further motivation instead of being discouraged by them.
Stay positive, and good luck in your pursuits, chess related or otherwise.

in the last 2 weeks i seam to have lost all my chess ability ive gone from having a rapid rateing of 1175 to 1017 dispite playing everyday so im gonig to find some thing else to do no more chess
