Low Concentration

My concentration has been pretty bad lately and I haven't been able to play a game without blundering. I haven't had many problems calculating but with seeing simple threats. For example in one game I made a pretty crazy blunder:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here I played the amazing 1...h6! kicking the bishop. Anyway I can't really see how I can get anything done if I'm making howlers like that. How do you guys stay focused

I could make a mistake like that at any point in a game against anyone. I think it's part of the "luck" in chess:)
